Ok all, below I have three questions that I would love to hear your responses to. Please respond to one, two, or all, sharing as much as you feel comfortable to share, with the understanding that said responses might be used in a sermon for all to hear. If you feel uncomfortable letting every one know all these things about yourself you can always start your response with "I have a friend who..." or, "I read somewhere about a guy...". So anyhow, here we go.

1. Have you ever asked God for something that you really wanted, not received it, and then much later realized that it was much better that you did not? If so please explain.

2. Have you ever asked God for something and received it, but not the way that you wanted it, or in the timing you had hoped for? If so please explain.

3. Have you ever gone through a situation that was unpleasant or even seemingly unbearable and after time found that great benefit came from it? If so please explain.

So that's it. Let the stories roll in.
